APPLICATION
  • To prevent an invasion of insects & small animals like a rat and to cut out outside air (stink) come in through Air Conditioner/Refrigeration Drain Pipe.

Remarks

  • This drain water check valve is made of resin.  It shall not be used in high temperature environment or in place where it may receive an impact or pressure and it shall not be kept for storage in such places. It may be damaged when it receives strain with an expansion of drain pipe.
  • This drain water check valve is for Air conditioner/Refrigeration drain pipe.  Please do not use this for other application.
  • This drain water check valve is not used where temperature comes down below 0C.  Please do not use this in frozen environment.
  • Do not use the drain water check valve under direct sun shine.
  • This drain water check valve does not seal the air completely. There is a possibility for outside air may come in through, depending on its application.
  • Please replace this drain water check valve when much attachment/dust are inside the body and the valve does not move smoothly.

  • Make sure to check the valve before use when there is dust in it or when it is not used for a long time.   Valve check window is provided to confirm the function.Check the valve with a screw driver through valve check window.

HOW TO SET THE DRAIN WATER CHECK VALVE

  • When indoor side is in negative pressure, please obtain enough water sealing height according to the pressure. (height more than 100mm is recommended)
  • Set this drain water check valve vertically.  Do not place it incline or horizontally.
  • Connect body top to indoor side of drain pipe and body bottom to outdoor side.
  • Fix this drain water check valve to drain pipe with adhesive and or sealing tape.
  • This drain water check valve needs regular maintenance, please provide enough space for it.
